A Small Selection
Roast dishes such as garlic studded lamb shank on braised leeks with red wine and red currant gravy. All meals are freshly cooked to order so the ingredients can be modified to taste.
Some well loved favourites include Bantry Bay mussels cooked with garlic and wine and finished with cream.

Abergavenny Chicken - pan-fried chicken breast with shallots, cider and cream
Local venison haunch steak, whole grain mustard, wine and juniper berries.
Fillet of Sea Bream on diced potato, am citrus butter.
Our legendary Nut and Vegetable Roast has no fewer than 21 fresh ingredients and is served with mushroom and Madeira sauce.
